Speaking Out Should Not Be a Crime

Today, Zackery Lee Griffiths, a fearless advocate for prison reform and justice, was arrested—another blatant attempt to silence those who expose the system’s failures. While the details of the arrest remain unclear, initial reports suggest it is linked to a post in the HMP Prisons Justice Group, a platform dedicated to uncovering the realities within UK prisons.

Zack has been a relentless voice for those who have none, shining a light on corruption, mistreatment, and systemic failures. Now, he is being targeted—not for a crime, but for daring to speak out.

He has since been released on bail until May, with no formal charges at this stage. However, with his licence due to expire in March, there are growing concerns that this arrest could be weaponised against him.

The Bigger Picture: Free Speech Under Attack

This is bigger than Zack. Across the UK, those who challenge state power and highlight injustice are being monitored, silenced, and criminalised. Whether through legal action, social media censorship, or intimidation tactics, the message is clear:

🚨 “Don’t question the system.”

Recent cases indicate that even “serial complaining” or “resentment of authority” are being used as justifications for legal or psychiatric intervention. The Offender Personality Disorder (OPD) pathway has been increasingly weaponised—turning valid criticism of the system into a supposed mental health issue rather than recognising legitimate grievances.

This is state suppression in real-time.

Zack’s Case Matters—And So Does Yours

Zack’s arrest is a red flag for anyone who believes in democracy, justice, and transparency. If exposing corruption leads to arrest, where does that leave free speech in the UK?

This is not just about Zack—it’s about all of us. If his voice is silenced, so is the truth about what happens behind prison walls.

What Happens Next?

Zack is on bail until May, but the fight is far from over. We do not yet know what charges, if any, he will face. However, with his licence set to expire in March, this could be used as a backdoor method to further restrict him—even without concrete evidence.

Free Speech is Worth Fighting For!

This is not an isolated incident. It is part of a growing pattern of silencing those who dare to challenge authority. But history proves one thing:

  • 🔥 The more they try to suppress the truth, the louder we must become.
  • ✊ Stand with Zack. Stand for justice. Stand for free speech.
