©️ Predator Awareness

A major safeguarding scandal has emerged after it was revealed that GeoCare Services Limited is still employing Lisa Dimmock, a convicted child sex offender—not just as a staff member, but as a manager.
This means a convicted predator is in a position of authority over both staff and vulnerable individuals. Despite public outcry, GeoCare Services has allegedly chosen to stand by her, keeping her in a trusted leadership role within the organisation.
A Convicted Offender in a Position of Power?
Lisa Dimmock’s criminal record should have permanently disqualified her from working in any role involving vulnerable people—let alone a management position in a care company. The fact that GeoCare Services has continued to employ her in a senior role raises serious questions about their recruitment practices, safeguarding policies, and moral integrity.
Key Questions That Demand Answers:
🔴 How did a convicted child sex offender secure a managerial position in a care company?
🔴 What kind of background checks and DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) procedures are in place at GeoCare Services?
🔴 Are there other staff with concerning backgrounds currently working in the organisation?
🔴 How can parents and families trust a company that knowingly employs a convicted offender in a position of power?
At the time of writing, GeoCare Services has not publicly addressed these allegations. Instead of responding, they have reportedly deleted one of their social media pages following public backlash.
Public Demand for Immediate Action
GeoCare Services has until Friday, 21st March 2025, to dismiss Lisa Dimmock.
If a convicted child sex offender is still managing a care company by the deadline, a peaceful but highly public demonstration will take place outside their premises.
If GeoCare Services believes employing a convicted child sex offender in management is acceptable, they owe the public an explanation.
Right to Reply
GeoCare Services has been officially given the opportunity to respond to these allegations. At the time of publication, no statement has been issued.
If they choose to remain silent, the public will not.
The safety of vulnerable individuals must always come first. Failure to act will not go unnoticed.
