Predator Awareness wish to make the following statement:

As you all maybe aware our co-founder Zack was arrested tonight during a legal and peaceful protest.

They’ve arrested him for public order after they attempted to shut down our protest.

The right to protest is protected by articles 10 and 11 of the human rights act 1998. I beleive our rights have now been breached.

The protest was peaceful and the officer even confirmed that no laws have been broken but said the team was in breach of the section 42 order.

As the founder of Predator Awareness I will now be initiating legal proceedings not only against this police force but against the arresting officer who I beleive has commited misconduct in public office.

Section 42 cannot be issued to stop a lawful protest, their was no offence committed. Dyfed Powis Police can’t just decide which protests they like and ones they don’t.

I have done protests up and down the UK and we never have any issues with the police. It’s only Dyfed Powis that have the issue. We beleive this is a vendetta that Dyfed Powys hold against us and are making this a personal attack.

They’ve attacked us numerous times now and EVERY SINGLE TIME we have had the cases thrown out. We won’t tolerate this harrassment anymore… I certainly won’t!

Predator Awareness is in contact with our lawyers who act for the group. At the moment we won’t be making an further comment at this time.
