A Birmingham-based TikTok creator, known online as “King Jay“, is facing a series of serious allegations relating to his conduct on social media.

Predator Awareness has received multiple complaints concerning the individual and we have reviewed evidence provided by a number of people. The material we have seen includes screenshots, messages and other digital evidence which it believes raises significant safeguarding concerns.

Among the allegations are claims that unsolicited explicit images were sent to women without their consent. Those making the allegations describe receiving intimate photographs through online communications that they neither requested nor consented to receive. If proven, such conduct could amount to offences under UK legislation relating to cyber flashing.

Further allegations concern the individual’s conduct within a TikTok agency known as “Platinum”. Complainants allege that creators within the agency were subjected to bullying, harassment and intimidating behaviour. It is alleged that some individuals felt pressured into gifting the creator during TikTok live streams, with concerns raised about an alleged culture of coercion and manipulation. We also understand that he has had people under the age of 18 within his agency.

We have also been shown material alleging that intimate images of another individual were shared without that person’s consent. Those making the complaint describe this as non-consensual sharing of private sexual images, sometimes referred to as “revenge porn”. These allegations have not been tested in court.

We at Predator Awateness take reports of online abuse and exploitation seriously and has been gathering information from a number of individuals who have come forward. Several complainants independently provided accounts describing similar patterns of behaviour.

The allegations have not been determined by a court, and no findings of criminal liability have been made. Publication of these allegations does not imply guilt.

Online abuse, coercive behaviour and the non-consensual sharing of intimate images are matters treated seriously under UK law. Anyone who believes they have been the victim of a criminal offence is encouraged to report the matter to the police.

At the time of publication, the individual named in this article had not publicly responded to the allegations. Should they provide a statement or wish to respond, that response will be published in full and fairly.
